She dove deep into the darkest depths of her Soul, sometimes on her own accord, sometimes through spirits calling. At times she felt as though she was drowning in her feelings of guilt and shame, but once she truly felt her emotions without fear and judgement, the weight on her shoulders slowly lifted. She learn’t to hold it, and then let it go. To let the currents carry away what no longer served her. And so it drifted across the vast deep blue ocean, mother earth purifying fear into love.

Our emotional triggers can be the catalyst to our suffering or the gateway to our healing. We get to decide. Only when we dive into the depths of our soul can we then unlock our innate wisdom and courage. There is beauty, magic and most of all freedom within the dark.
