FAQ’S

PRINT ORDERS

Print orders are shipped every Wednesday of each week from Australia, cut off time for packaging is every Tuesday @ 11:59PM AEST. You will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number once the package has been posted. All packages will be sent using REGULAR post unless you have contacted me and payed for EXPRESS post. Please allow 1-3 weeks for shipping, time depends on where you are located in the world. 


ORIGINAL ARTWORK orders

Please allow Sarah 1-2 weeks for Sarah to prepare the painting for delivery and then 1-3 weeks for shipping (depending on where you are located in the world.)

You will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number once the package has been posted.


EXCHANGE/REFUNDS

A print or original artwork can only be refunded or returned if it was damaged upon the postal process. If your package and contents did arrived damaged, please send a photo of your damaged package to sarahcarrcreations@gmail.com and we will get back to you regarding the refund or exchange process.

PRINTS: We ask that you then return the print to our studio via post, either in the original packaging or packaging purchased at your local post office. The cost of delivery/postage to be covered at the expense of the customer.

ORIGINAL ARTWORK: If the artwork is damaged upon arrival please email sarahcarrcreations@gmail.com for an exchange or refund and we will sort that out for you. All artwork is covered by insurance/warranty via the post/courier.
