Like a lotus, in order to bloom we have to grow through the mud, the muck of life. There are things we cannot control, no matter how hard we try to. In order to understand the wisdom that has been given to us by the universe, we must surrender to the pain. We must acknowledge the parts of us that demand to be felt. We must bring light to the darkness buried deep within. We must seek to alchemize our struggles and learn something valuable from them. Once we do we will take our first breathe into a new life, a life that aligns with our highest truest self, ultimately ‘becoming’ who we were destined to be.
